Meet Sue, Your Credit Analyst & Customer Support
As a Credit Analyst and Customer Support specialist, I work closely with our mortgage brokers to guide clients through every step of the home loan process. From the first phone call to settlement day, I’m here to make sure everything runs smoothly. My role involves managing loan applications, liaising with lenders, and ensuring all necessary documents are in place. I also work with real estate agents, solicitors, and conveyancers to keep settlements on track.
Problem Solving
Beyond new home loans, I also review existing loans to help clients ensure they’re getting the best possible deal. Every loan is different, and I enjoy the challenge of navigating complex applications and finding the right solutions for our clients.
Constant Support
What I love most about my role is the variety—no two days are ever the same. Providing excellent customer service is my top priority, and I take pride in supporting both our clients and mortgage brokers throughout the home loan journey.
Life Outside Work
Watching sports (especially England Cricket), coffee, weekend walks, and keeping up with world news—probably a little too much!
